October Scrap Main kit with Christin

Christin here with my very first layout with the October Main kit.

When I am working with a kit I like to pick out at least one of the papers in a kit as my "base colors" and here I chose the yellow from the My Minds Eye paper with white arrows.   When I work with backgrounds I like to dilute mists and Peerless paper with water to get a light watercolor effect. I use mists from all kinds of brand, but mists with heave pigments I let rest.

After my layers of water+mist have dried I use layers of stencils and stamps and for my last part I add drops of mists in the colors of paper.
